The midday Josh Lewin & Mark Elfenbeil "Josh & Elf" show expands to four hours weekdays, from 10am-2pm ... Radio-Info confirms that former Los Angeles urban AC KHHT-FM (92.3) DJ/PD "R-Dub" heads down I-5, joining San Diego's rhythmic oldies XHRM-FM (92.5) for afternoon drive ... Radio-Info hears from Madelyn Hamilton, who tells us she's on the move in Ontario, Canada, leaving the GM post at Astral Media's cluster in Niagara Falls & St. Catharines to GM for their sister-cluster in Hamilton, Ontario. That group is AC "K-Lite" CKLH-FM (102.9), oldies CKOC-AM (1150) & country CHAM-AM (820) ... Saga Communications-owned KSTZ-FM "Star" (102.5) in Des Moines, Iowa will remain at reduced power for as long as eight weeks due to damage from a recent storm, according to an FCC filing ...
