Hartford, Connecticut’s WCCC-AM (1290) is adding the syndicated Don Imus for morning drive weekdays starting Monday, but will remain a classical music station that also does high school sports, says the Hartford Courant – Discuss it … Dawn Girocco returns to radio as CBS Radio’s new director of sales for Los Angeles. She’d been the GM at Entravision’s alt-rock “Indie 103” and a DOS for stations such as Clear Channel’s KIIS-FM. Most recently she worked for Tribune Media Group as Senior VP of advertising sales … Chris Nolte has left mornings on WKBV-AM (1490) in Richmond, Indiana, for a job with Lakeshore Public Radio. Nolte will be replaced by the ESPN-syndicated Mike & Mike in the Morning … WBOJ-FM (88.5) in Columbus, Georgia has dropped Spanish music for Christian programming, says the Ledger-Enquirer.
