Kirby Wilbur is back on Seattle’s KVI-AM (570), but only for this week. Fired for budgetary reasons in November, Wilbur is filling in for the vacationing syndicated Sean Hannity, according to his Facebook page … It was a Twitter posting out of Memphis that revealed that The Gary Parrish Show with Geoff Calkins will join all-spots WMFS-AM/FM (680/92.9) “The Team” for afternoon drive starting January 4 – Discuss it … Former XM “MLB This Morning” host Mark Patrick joins sports WNDE-AM (1260) for afternoon drive starting January 4 – Discuss it … Clear Channel in Phoenix promotes KMXP-FM (96.9) GSM Cathy Burau to GSM of Group Sales; she will also oversee sales for the cluster’s Total Traffic Network operation. Mike Wisniewski becomes GSM at KMXP. Also: KZZP-FM (104.7) hires Jim Wilson as Strategic Initiatives Sales Manager; he will also oversee local sales for KZZP & KMXP … Duluth, Minnesota’s WEBC-AM (560) has been off the air since Christmas, following water damage to the transmitter. WEBC is a part of Gap Broadcasting’s 4-station cluster in Duluth … In Los Angeles, “Food News” with Melinda Lee will air on both KFWB-AM (980) on Saturdays, and sister-station KNX-AM (1070) both Saturday & Sunday.
