Ramar Communications is already running the promo on the station, as they plan to move away from CHR-rhythmic music, opting instead for sports. They’ll also adopt the call letters KTTU. The Texas Board is talking about it here … Sunday night show “Smokin’ Bluz” heard on Classic Rock WRFX (99.7) Charlotte, is going national, as host Rick Ballew signs up with Scott Gilreath’s RASS … Former Monday Night Football co-host Tony Kornheiser did a guest shot on Washington D.C.’s WTEM. The Post reports that Tony says “a lot of business people want me to do syndicated national radio. I don’t care about syndicated national radio.” He’s interested in something local … Syndicated afternoon diva Wendy Williams, who is based out of Inner City urban WBLS (107.5) New York, is returning to TV. “The Wendy Williams daytime talk show is set to debut July 13 on 20th Century Fox-owned and operated stations. Williams previously hosted a TV talk show that ran on Fox. She’s also a regular guest on the Today show, discussing entertainment & gossip.
