Efaw's departure follows that of longtime Delaware reporter Valorie Mack, who was cut loose last month - Discuss it ... First it's filling in for Regis Philbin, and now he may get his own TV show. Austin, Texas KHFI-FM (96.7) host Bobby Bones has been offered the host slot on a proposed travel show on CNN's HLN channel ... Ithaca, New York's news/talk WHCU-AM/FM (870 / 95.9) announces that morning producer Doug Scott is leaving. He's heading back to college at SUNY Cortland to get his degree ... Philly-area WFYL, King of Prussia (1180) names Barry Papiernik as morning talk host ... Bangor, Maine's Christian WHMX-FM (105.7) promotes Joe Polek to APD/MD. He will also hold the same duties for Lighthouse Radio sister-station WHCF-FM (88.5) ... Brett Pollock joins the Kansas City Royals AAA affiliate Omaha Royals as radio play-by-play announcer ... In the "Big Easy," longtime TV anchor and WWL-AM/FM (870 / 105.3) host Garland Robinette is also the artist behind this year's New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival poster, featuring Jimmy Buffet playing a guitar on a French Quarter street corner.
