Radio-Info has confirmed that Chad Rufer, who resigned as PD of AC WINK-AM/FM (1200 / 96.9) in Fort Myers, Florida, is packing up and heading west to Sacramento, California. He's joining CBS Radio-owned Hot AC KZZO-FM (100.5) as PD ... Tony Miner is named APD at Bonneville's News Talk KTTH "770 The Truth" in Seattle. Miner was last heard as a news anchor on co-owned KIRO-FM ... Sean "Sonic" Leckie will be the producer of the new morning show on San Diego's CHR/Top 40 KHTS-FM (93.3), hosted by former "Channel 933" night host Frankie V and Geena T, starting Monday ... Former Chicago radio personality Steve Dahl has been dropped as a columnist for the Chicago Tribune. Dahl says on Twitter, "Unceremoniously dumped by the Chicago Tribune. Apparently my $400 a week was preventing them from exiting bankruptcy" ... In Louisiana, Mike Wagonheim is the new radio play-by-play voice for Nichols State University men's basketball.
