Massie Named PD For GAP West in Billings, Mont., As Mark Hill Exits
Former KNIX Phoenix PD Ray Massie has joined GAP West Broadcasting’s “Cat Country” KCTR (102.9) and classic rock KMHK (95.5) Billings, Mont., as PD. He replaces former KCTR PD/afternoon personality Mark Hill, who recently exited. In addition, Massie is also now doing some consulting work for the firm of Albright & O’Malley on a project basis. Jaye Albright was hired as KCTR’s consultant two months ago. Hill had been with the station for four years, and previously programmed KHAY Oxnard/Ventura, Calif.
