Modesto's KHOP yanks Kanye West music after his outburst on the MTV VMAs
West hijacked the moment from country artist Taylor Swift, who had just won the award for “Best Female Video.” Kanye then grabbed the microphone from Swift’s hand and proclaimed that Beyonce had the best video. The crowd booed West, who was asked to leave the show by organizers, according to Fox News. Sacramento’s KCRA-TV says KHOP in turn yanked West’s songs due to listener backlash Sunday night.
