Dan Hunt is the second new program director announced this year at Wired: In January, Kannon was promoted from assistant PD to program director. With the recruitment of Dan Hunt, Kannon remains as the APD and afternoon driver on WRDW. Hunt was most recently the PD and midday personality at Citadel's rhythmic "Hot 106.3" WWKX in Providence. He started in radio in 1999 during the launch of top 40 WGZO in Savannah. Beasley's Philadelphia market manager is Natalie Conner, who says "Dan's leadership skills and experience, along with Wired's talented staff, make him the perfect PD candidate for us."
