New RAB Board Chairman is CBS Radio's Scott Herman
The expected move came during the RAB Board meeting in Orlando, as vice chairman Herman was voted into the top spot, as of January 1. He succeeds Entercom regional president Weezie Kramer. Herman is the New York-based Executive VP/Operations of CBS Radio, and he chaired the RAB Board’s finance committee before taking on the Vice Chairman’s role.
