Orlando's stunting 98.1 becomes Spanish "Jose"
The on-air and website tease at WNUE, Titusville (98.1) didn't last long: the former Spanish contemporary "Mega 98.1" evolved into a more adult-leaning Spanish classic hits "Jose" Wednesday afternoon, following two days of stunting. Owner Entravision hopes the new format will improve the status of #17-ranked WNUE. The station is heard in parts of three Florida markets: Orlando, Daytona Beach and Melbourne-Titusville (the Space coast). The Orlando Board here at Radio-Info.com has been following the moves and is talking about the new "Jose" here.
