Phil Hendrie, working a daily radio show plus TV, will end his KFI weekend gig

Phil Hendrie Hendrie (as @RealPhilHendrie) says "too many days of work...getting more & more TV work & trying to do 5 nights on radio that I'm contractually committed to has brought about a major decision." That decision is, to drop his 7-10pm Saturday evening show for Clear Channel's talk KFI, Los Angeles (640). Hendrie says this weekend's show (Feb. 25) will be his last one. He creates a nightly show for Talk Radio Network, and is doing on-camera work for TV's "New Girl" as well as voiceovers for Fox TV's new animated version of "Napoleon Dynamite." He also had a recent guest shot on TV's "Modern Family." Hendrie tweets that "Actually, KFI paid very well. But I needed to quit a job." He also says "Got a charlie horse doing my own stunt today. Then twisted the other leg's ankle going for coffee. This New Girl show's kicking my ass."
