CBS Radio is expanding the reach of their all-sports WIP-AM, and not only to the FM dial in Philadelphia. Longport Media in Atlantic City announces they will simulcast the Philadelphia all-sports station on WBSS-AM, Pleasantville (1490). WBSS, which currently simulcasts its sister-station, talk WOND-AM (1400), will pick up WIP starting on September 15, according to the Press of Atlantic City. The addition of WIP's signal on WBSS now gives the Atlantic City market two sports stations, meaning competition for Townsquare Media) WENJ-FM "ESPN South Jersey" (97.3).
