"Point" PD Mark Edwards is out in a budget move at Entercom's KZPT, K.C.
Edwards tells TimeOut Chicago that "I was just the only PD in the building not holding down an airshift or programming more than one station..everyone says it was not about performance." The veteran was programming hot AC "99.7 The Point" KZPT, Kansas City for Entercom. His previous major market stops include Chicago, Philadelphia and St. Louis.
