"Pre-loved" VWs will feature three months of free Sirius XM
The partnership between Sirius XM and Volkswagen will allow the satellite radio operator to offer free 3-month subscriptions to buyers of certified pre-owned vehicles, which VW calls “pre-loved.” The announcement comes as the new car market remains stagnant, and it opens up a new avenue to gain potential subscribers. In the last quarter, Sirius XM reported a first-time downturn in subscriber growth.
