DIGITAL RADIO: In England, commercial radio operators including GMG Radio & Global Radio announce they will refuse to air advertising promoting the country's DAB digital radio system until both the government and the BBC invest more money in DAB transmitters ... Houston's Christian KSBJ-FM (89.3) is adding an HD music channel called "NGENRadio" that they bill as the "Music Experience for the Now Generation."
