Radio job offers are pouring in for Charlie Sheen
If CBS were to pull the plug on his "Two and a Half Men" show, Charlie Sheen will apparently have other opportunities. Portland, Oregon's classic rock KUFO-FM (101.1) has announced it will pull out the morning drive chair for the highly controversial actor, and says they will change the name of the morning show to the "Morning Ma-Sheen." Current morning host Kidd Chris says, "The guy likes calling into radio shows, so we thought why not give him his own? Who better to wake up the people of Portland than the guy with the blood of a tiger and the DNA of Adonis? We have no hidden agenda, except it might be kind of cool to hang out with him and his goddesses!” The Alpha Broadcasting-owned station says the offer to accept is only good through March 7, and he could host the show as long as he likes. You can listen to "101 KUFO" here. Howard Stern also made Sheen a job offer, saying Sheen could have his own show on Sirius XM with a studio in his mansion that would allow him to broadcast whenever he wanted. Stern said on his show, "We can put him on the radio any time he wants with his own show...Like, why doesn't he just pick a time? He can go on. He can take phone calls ... if he wants to go on at night he can go on at night....He can do an hour show--he can do a ten minute show. Whatever he wants....He could do a 24 hour show."
