Saga Communications releases preliminary Q4 numbers: Revenue up 7.4%
A death in the family of a Saga financial professional causes a postponement in releasing fourth quarter and full-year numbers. They're being pushed back a week, from Tuesday, March 8 to March 15. Saga does issue a few preliminary results today, and they show top line revenue for October through December ahead 7.4%, operating income up nearly 36%, and free cash flow increasing nearly 9%. But Saga has not completed running the annual impairment test on the value of its licenses and good will, and it's also not certain about certain tax provisions. That will all be completed by March 15. You can follow Saga stock ("SGA") here.
