Saga's new market manager for Norfolk's "Fox" and its siblings is Wayne Leland
Leland starts the day after the July 4th holiday, coming in from Citadel. He is leaving his Northeast Region President's position at Citadel, as the company is about to be taken over by Cumulus later this Summer. Leland currently oversees a dozen markets for Citadel. He succeeds Diane Cridland Hubel, who resigned and is leaving at the end of June. The Saga cluster in Tidewater Virginia is classic hits "106.9 The Fox" WAFX, rock "FM 99" WNOR and adult standards WJOI (1230).
