Salem names Bill Files as its Orlando cluster GM
Salem Communications is bringing in Bill Files as General Manager for its three Orlando, Florida radio stations. Files will oversee talk WORL-AM (660), religious WTLN-AM (950) and business WBZW-AM (1520). Salem Radio Division President Dave Santrella says, "Bill brings an exceptional record of achievement in radio sales and operations to our Orlando stations." Prior to joining Salem in Orlando, Files was the Senior Sales Consultant for Sales-FAX News, and he is a former VP/GM/GSM of WSTO-FM (96.1) and WKDQ-FM(99.5) in Evansville, Indiana. He is also the founder of Target Positioning, a sales training and consulting firm for radio stations.
