Sales in the Ozarks & Greenville, SC, and management changes in Muskegon
As reported in this morning's Taylor On Radio-Info, there were two broadcast sales yesterday: the locally-owned E-Communications has bought an AM-FM combo from Ozark Radio Network for $830,000. Country KAMS (95.1) Mammoth Spring, AR and Gospel KALM (1290) Thayer, Mo., are on the Arkansas/Missouri state line. Also: In Greenville, SC, WMUU (1260) is selling to Comunidad Christiana Internacional-Asambleas de Dios. WMUU Inc., is selling for $550,000, but keeps its easy listening/religion WMUU-FM (94.5). Both stations are associated with Bob Jones University. And last, Clear Channel has ended an LMA of Adult Standards WMHG (1260) Muskegon. The station goes back under the Cumulus umbrella now.
