Scott Davis leaves mornings at CHR WNOU in Indianapolis
Radio-Info confirms there's an opening for a new morning host on WNOU-FM "Radio Now" (100.9), as Scott Davis and the Radio One-owned station have parted ways. No immediate replacement has been named, and Radio-Info is told the search is on for a new morning show. Davis' info and bio have been removed from the station website. Davis posts on his Facebook page, "I know the economy sucks and many people would kill to have my job. But when your job is physically making you sick, you have to move on," which he follows up with "You might have noticed I've missed a lot of work recently. I've been suffering from the worst migraines and anxiety. At first I thought these were caused by medical conditions. I changed my medications, my diet, my lifestyle and tons of other things with no relief. I had to come to terms that all my physical problems were from the stress of my work environment." Davis also posts he hopes to be back on the air "in Indy" soon. The Indiana Board of Radio-Info.com is also reading Scott's Facebook page and they're talking, here.
