Scott Pritchett is named the new Market Manager for Clear Channel in Columbia, South Carolina
Pritchett is moving from Melbourne, Florida where he was Clear Channel’s Market Manager, to Columbia, to oversee their six-station cluster. Pritchett has been in a managerial capacity with Clear Channel for some time, as a sales manager in Miami and Louisville, and also as Director of Sales for the Jacksonville cluster before heading operations in Melbourne. Says Pritchett, “When you combine the kind of talent that exists in Columbia right now— the on-air, sales, and support side— with the resources of Clear Channel, there’s not a lot we can’t do.” Pritchett will oversee WVOC-AM (560), WCOS-AM/FM (1400/97.5), WLTY-FM (96.7), WXBT-FM (100.1) and WNOK-FM (104.7).
