Seven Fox TV O&Os to try out "Dish Nation", featuring four radio morning shows
The "dishing" will be about popular culture, with the six-week test beginning July 25 and running in various time slots on the Fox stations, either in early evening or late night. Broadcasting & Cable reports that "Dish Nation" will feature these four major-market morning shows:
- WPLJ, New York's "Big Show with Scott & Todd"
- "Power 106"/KPWR, Los Angeles' DJ Felli Fel
- "Hot 107.9"/WHTA, Atlanta's Rickey Smiley (which is also syndicated nationally)
- WDVD, Detroit's Blaine & Allyson.
The TV clearances are in New York (WWOR, 6pm), Los Angeles (KKTV, 6:30pm), Washington DC (WTTG, 7pm), Atlanta (WAGA, midnight), Phoenix (KSAZ, 10:30pm), Detroit (WJBK, midnight) and Baltimore (WUTB, 6:30pm). "Dish Nation" will be produced by Bartholomew Productions and distributed by Twentieth Television.
