Some of Glenn Beck's FOX-TV viewers are MIA
Forbes Magazine reports that Glenn Beck's show on Fox is still number #1 by far in its time slot, but viewership dropped by 30% in the past year, from 2.78 million to 1.94 million. In addition, Beck's two TV rivals, CNN's Wolf Blitzer and MSNBC's Chris Matthews, saw their viewership increase in the first quarter, with Blitzer's "Situation Room" increasing from 661,000 to 726,000 and Matthews' "Hardball" jumping from 524,000 to 679,000 viewers. Beck's contract with Fox ends later this year, and there have been rumors he may leave to start his own network - and that he has been talking about hiring key personnel for that network/channel.
