Sporting News Radio signs Steve Czaban for mornings
The Steve Czaban Show returns to national syndication. Czaban was formerly with Fox Sports Radio from 2003 to 2009, and the show’s former cast of co-host Scott Linn, producer Steve “Solly” Solomon and sports news anchor Al Galdi are coming back with him. Since parting ways with Fox Sports Radio in 2009, Czaban has been the co-host of “The Sports Reporters” on Red Zebra Broadcasting’s WTEM-AM (980) in Washington, DC during afternoon drive. He also does a daily sports segment for the Bob & Brian show on WHQG-FM (102.9) “The Hog” in Milwaukee. He will continue to do both of those shows. Sporting News Radio parent company Mission Media CEO Clancy Woods says, “Czabe’s combination of intelligence, character, and a wicked curiosity is unlike anything currently available in syndication.” Czaban’s show will be based out of Washington, DC, his hometown.
