Star & Buc Wild are coming back, again
Radio-Info.com and Taylor On Radio-Info have learned that morning team Star and Buc Wild will be returning to terrestrial radio, and will have a new syndication deal in place, as early as possibly September. TRI reported this morning that the soon-to-be-announced deal with Access 1/SupeRadio will put the duo back on the air. Most recently, Star (aka Troi Torain) was heard in mornings on New York’s Dance WNYZ “Pulse 87.7”, before leaving last Fall. The duo made a name for themselves as the controversial morning show on Emmis-owned hip-hop WQHT “Hot 97” New York, and later, on Clear Channel Urban WWPR “Power 105.1,” the flagship of the show’s previous syndication efforts.
