Suspect arrested in Columbus Ohio DJ slaying
TV 10 news in Columbus reports that a suspect has been arrested in the shooting of Eugene Brown. Brown was an account executive and DJ for Radio One's Urban WCDX "Power 92" in Columbus. He was shot and killed on Thursday, February 7 in a local bar, after a dispute with a man, reportedly over money. The man in custody is Larue Monford, and he's being held on $1 million bail. Brown was 58. He is survived by his wife and two children.
