Syndicated talk host Clark Howard announces he's dealing with prostate cancer
Clark can usually be found battling for consumers. Now he has another battle to face, as the Atlanta-based personality released the news he has been diagnosed with prostate cancer. He said on his website, through flagship WSB, Atlanta that “Cancer is a scary word, but through early detection, doctors say I have a ‘little league’ case of prostate cancer.” He told WSB he plans on staying on the air, and will also continue his TV schedule. “I have virtually a 100-percent chance of survival. That is why, guys, going to the doctor is key,” he said on WSB Radio.
