The 22nd annual Don Imus Radiothon for kids charities begins today

Don Imus Imus, now based at Citadel's WABC, New York (770) and originating his morning show out of Fox Business Network, has raised many millions since he started the Radiothon at CBS Radio's WFAN (660). This year's beneficiaries are the Imus Ranch for Kids with Cancer, the Tomorrow’s Children Fund, and the CJ Foundation for SIDS (fighting Sudden Infant Death Syndrome). Sean Hannity called in to this morning's show, and FBN's Neil Cavuto donated $25,000 to the cause, with more celebrities and Imus pals expected to appear. Over the years, the fundraising techniques have become more sophisticated, and today it's possible to text a $10 donation by texting the word "Imus" to 20222. More on the Imus.com site here.
