The New Hampshire Lottery is betting on the Internet--not radio
A report in the Portsmouth Herald says the state-run New Hampshire Lottery's $3.4 million advertising budget will be re-configured to give more attention to the web, meaning less for traditional radio and television ads. The newspaper also says the state may use use email marketing to reach potential lottery ticket buyers. New Hampshire is a state with no sales tax, so the lottery is a huge and important revenue generator.
