The Radio-Info police blotter

Air America co-founder Evan Montvel-Cohen was given five years probation in a Hawaiian court for stealing $30,000 from a landscaping company he worked for. The felony charge will remain on his record, according to Honolulu’s KITV … Former KZZL-FM (99.5) DJ Ryan Chambers was handed a 60-month prison term by a judge in Coeur D'Alene, Idaho for possessing child pornography … In Minneapolis, former KFAN-AM (1130) midday sports talk host Jeff Dubay has fallen on even harder times, sentenced to 180 days in a workhouse for felony drug possession and failing to finish two substance abuse programs. Dubay told the judge, “I wasn’t ready to quit. It wasn’t the right time." Dubay could have had the charges against him dismissed, if he'd completed the drug rehab programs.
