The sale of Rush Limbaugh's NYC condo is finalized
The New York Post says the conservative talker was in such a hurry to close on the sale of his trendy 10-room East Side condo for $11.75 million that he didn’t even take his furniture. The condo, located on Fifth Avenue and overlooking Central Park, was listed for $13.95 million, but Limbaugh accept the lower offer and even threw in the furnishings, which include “gilded moldings, elaborate drapery, ornate beds with tall wood bedposts, and hand-painted murals on many ceilings and walls.” The place is serviced by a private elevator to the 4,661 square-foot unit and two terraces. The monthly taxes are $6,000 and the maintenance fees are over $7,000. The name of the new owner was not revealed, but the Post described them as “international purchasers.” If you want to see inside the life of Rush Limbaugh and view his now-sold penthouse condo, click here.
