The woman accused of groping a TSA agent is a radio DJ
She made national news when she was accused of groping a female Transportation Security Administration agent at the airport in Phoenix. Now comes word that 61-year old Yukari Miyamae is also a volunteer DJ at Boulder, Colorado non-commercial KGNU-AM/FM (1390/88.5). Denver's KMGH-TV is reporting that Miyamae entered the screening area at the Phoenix airport and became argumentative. It is alleged that Miyamae grabbed the breast of a female TSA agent "with both hands, squeezing and twisting it." She was subsequently arrested and charged with suspicion of sexual abuse. She was released on her own recognizance by a judge in Phoenix. Since the incident, Miyamae has become a focal point for people unhappy with airport sscreening procedures, with at least three Facebook pages hailing her as a hero. You can see both the KMGH-TV report, and video of Miyamae's court appearance here.
