Tripp West gets his "Groove" on in Atlanta
There’s more news for some former WSTR “Star 94” Atlanta alumni. This time, former midday host Tripp West makes news as he joins Clear Channel’s new Rhythmic AC “Groove 105.7” WWVA for the noon – 7pm shift, according to Rodney Ho of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. West exited Star in January of this year when the syndicated “On-Air with Ryan Seacrest” took his slot. Since then, West has been producing the Jason Pullman and Kristen Gates morning show on Clear Channel’s Country WUBL “94.9 the Bull.” Ho also notes that West has some “Dance cred.” He previously hosted a Saturday Night Dance Party mix on “Star 94.” Discuss it on the Atlanta Board.
