Two lawmakers protest the Live Nation/Ticketmaster merger, and the DOJ will investigate

New York Senator Chuck Schumer and New Jersey Rep. Bill Pascrell have signed a joint letter of protest to new Obama Administration Attorney General Eric Holder. Live Nation was spun out of Clear Channel in 2005, and two members of the Mays family still sit on its board.
