Volt's rock WTPA Harrisburg flips Chris James for Chris Tyler in mornings
After 27 years, Chris James has departed Volt Radio’s rock WTPA (92.1) Harrisburg, Penn., “TPA Morning Show With Amy and Chris." Joining the a.m. team with Amy Warner is another Chris, as in Tyler, former OM/PD and morning drive host of crosstown rock AC WRVV (97.3). Tyler left the Clear Channel "River" in August. James posted on the station’s Facebook page that he’s moving to another rock outlet in town and will likely return to the airwaves before week’s end. The money is on Cumulus Media's WQXA (105.7 The X). Follow the discussion on Radio-Info.com here.
