Voting for the National Radio Hall of Fame ends this weekend
There are four nominees each in four categories, and it’s also Howard Stern’s fourth time being nominated. The “King of All Media” has previously sneered at the Chicago-based Hall but seems to have taken a different attitude this time. Stern’s nominated in the “National-Active” category, along with syndicated financial talker Bob Brinker, NPR news anchor Carl Kasell and country radio countdown veteran Bob Kingsley. Voting in this year’s election is open to all, and free. But the outside firm engaged by the National Radio Hall of Fame will begin tabulating them soon, after the voting period ends this weekend. View the Hall’s nominee list here.
