WALR Atlanta PD Jay Dixon Exits
He's served as PD of the Cox R&B Oldies WALR “Kiss 104.1” Atlanta for the past several years. Now the position has apparently been eliminated. Prior to joining WALR, Dixon served as PD of co-owned Urban AC WBHK “Kiss FM” Birmingham, Ala., and was OM for the Cox cluster in Birmingham. He also spent several years at Emmis-owned Urban AC WRKS “98.7 Kiss FM” New York as creative director.
