WBLS New York welcomes Egypt to midday
Inner City’s Urban WBLS (107.5) makes a switch in midday. Jasmine Saunders was let go as of Friday and today, New York radio vet Egypt is the new midday personality. Egypt has been heard on Rival WWPR “Power 105.1” and has hosted several television programs. She’s also worked in Philadelphia and Baltimore. WBLS is also on the verge of making an announcement for afternoons, to replace the syndicated Wendy Williams Experience, which went off the air this summer.
