WCCO, Minneapolis (830) officially names Chad Hartman for late-mornings
He spent a number of years across town on KFAN-AM (1130) hosting sports talk. Chad Hartman is the latest change to the on-air sound of Minneapolis “Good Neighbor” WCCO-AM (830). He takes over the 9am-12noon shift, as current late-morning host Susie Jones moves into the WCCO news department. The addition of Hartman is just one of a flurry of moves made by WCCO in the past few months, which have included the additions of talk hosts John Williams for early afternoons and Tommy Mischke from 10pm-midnight. It was reported last week by Radio-Info.com that Jeff McKinney, who had spent over 15 years on WCCO, left the station due to his long commute, as his family lives in St. Louis.
