Decency groups are already lobbying to keep the FCC's Pacifica rules about indecency and obscenity in place, as the Supreme Court grapples with the issue brought up by awards-utterances by Bono, Cher and Nicole Richie – not to mention the 2004 Janet Jackson "wardrobe malfunction."
