WOAI San Antonio host Joe Pagliarulo announces he has cancer
WOAI-AM (1200) conservative talker Joe Pagliarulo made the announcement on the air, telling listeners on Friday that he has testicular cancer but will remain on the air as he takes on this new battle. "Joe Pags" is based in San Antonio, where he hosts afternoons on WOAI and also does mornings on Clear Channel sister-station KPRC-AM (950) in Houston. He's also heard on the weekends on Denver's KOA-AM (850), and is a regular fill-in for syndicated hosts including Glenn Beck. Pagliarulo's career in radio spans three decades. He has also worked in TV, and is a regular guest on Fox News.
