WXPN's Annual NON-COMMvention announced
Triple-A WXPN Philadelphia’s annual NON-COMMvention is set to take place May 28 – 30, 2009 at the World Café Live. The 3-day event is for noncommercial and Triple-A radio stations, and features a new music showcase along with panels on fundraising, programming and marketing for non-comms.
