Taylor Swift's "Back To December" (Big Machine) goes 14-9 on this week's "25+ Hits" chart. Radio-Info and Mediaguide's exclusive chart that combines aggressive Hot AC stations and pop-leaning Mainstream CHRs.

The new chart was designed as a tool for stations who play the hits for adults – an early warning both on which pop songs are "real hits" and which CHR hits are "adult-friendly" enough for Hot AC stations. As has often been the case on the "25+ Hits" chart, Swift cracks the top 10 here well ahead of CHR or Hot AC, where she goes 30-25 this week.
