Fire Destroys Cameron Broadcasting’s Arizona Cluster
A fire destroyed the offices of Cameron Broadcasting’s six-station cluster in Lake Havasu City/Bullhead City, Ariz., today. VP of operations Craig Powers reports, “We are all OK but five of our six stations have burned down.” It’s unclear how many of the stations are currently off the air. A note on the Web site of the group’s country KFLG (K-Flag) says: “Our Cameron Broadcasting studios in Bullhead, AZ were destroyed by fire in the early morning hours, along with several other businesses in our complex. Our studios in Kingman and Lake Havasu City remain in operation. The management is currently seeking new Bullhead City offices and hope to be back on the air, in full operation, as quickly as possible.” Radio-Info.com’s Phoenix discussion board was the first with the story here.
