The move by Standard & Poor’s late Thursday suggests they may be planning to give Sirius XM an upgrade on it debt, by placing the company on Credit Watch. Standard & Poor’s says the move “stemmed from lower debt leverage and increased EBITDA, or earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization,” at Sirius XM.
