Citadel sues Tulsa operator Renda Broadcasting over its use of "Bob FM"
Citadel claims ownership of the trademark for "Bob" in the state of Oklahoma and also operates its own Bob FM in Oklahoma City (KQOB at 96.9). In July, Citadel served Pittsburgh-based Renda with a cease-and-desist letter and followed that up with a warning of potential legal action.

Tulsa, Oklahoma police allege that 58-year old Barry Styles walked into the offices of Renda’s KBEZ-FM (92.9) & KHTT-FM (106.9) on January 13, armed with a gun and prepared to take hostages.
