In another case of people targeting outspoken radio critics in the Philippines, a reporter and talk host on Cagayan de Oro's Bombo Radio was shot and wounded by two men riding a motorcycle. Michael James Licuanan, known on the radio as James Dacoycoy left the station and was riding home on his motorcycle when he was shoot.
