Quarterback Records promotes Traci Gholson to East Coast manager of promotion, moving up from the promotion coordinator position. She assumes some duties from label veteran Chuck Thagard, who had previously been handling two regions, Southeast and Northeast.Gholson joined Quarterback in March, arriving from a sales position at WSIX Nashville.

Quarterback Records has formed a joint venture with
veteran music executive John Ettinger (pictured) and his newly established
artist management and consulting firm, Ettinger Talent Associates (ETA). The
partnership makes Ettinger a co-principal of Quarterback along with founder and
president Chris Allums.
